Two things to weigh. First, the advertised package price is a fraction of the real bill once you add the USPTO fee and Markavo's $100 per-class review fee, so budget from the all-in number. Second, the Basic and Standard tiers include no attorney conversation; if you have a borderline mark or a likely conflict, the $399 Attorney Plus package or a proper consultation elsewhere is money well spent before you pay government fees you cannot get back.

How much does a US trademark really cost through Markavo?
Add three numbers: the Markavo package ($99, $149 or $399), the USPTO fee ($350 per class, or $550 per class if your goods description is custom rather than from the USPTO ID manual), and Markavo's $100 legal review fee per class. A single-class Basic filing therefore comes to about $549 all in; two classes on the Standard package would be about $1,049. Office action responses, if the USPTO objects, are extra.
Does Markavo guarantee my trademark will register?
No, and no honest service can: the USPTO decides, and a conflicting mark or a descriptive name can be refused regardless of who files. What Markavo provides is the search and attorney review that lowers the chance of a refusal, and status tracking so you do not miss a deadline. Markavo's pricing page does not state a refund policy, so read the terms before you pay.
