Scribe fixes it in the obvious way: one admin, one set of templates, automatic push to every mailbox. The client coverage is broad, the department and reply-signature logic is sensible, and the Canva integration makes banner campaigns a marketing task rather than an IT ticket.
The limits are the usual ones for this category: it is a signature tool and nothing more, per-user pricing adds up for large teams, and clients outside Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail are on their own.
